1. DON'T skip the preview appointment with your stylist, it is something I actually require! If you can schedule both your hair and makeup trial on the same day - DO IT!⁣

2. Pick 2-4 photos from different angles on your inspiration. That includes inspiration for the front! I like to pick apart the details of these pictures and ask a LOT of questions before we start styling - making sure we are on the same page! ⁣

3. It is NORMAL to want to adjust a few things even if you LOVED your preview hair - this is why I schedule brides a full 90 minutes on the wedding day to ensure everything is perfect! Like: What color is your hair? Does it have dimension, or is it one solid color? Is the style you chose flattering from all angles - front, back, and both sides? Does it have texture and shape? What about your hair cut, do you have pieces to frame your face?

For some I know that choosing a wedding day style can be challenging, especially when I list a bunch of things to consider like above.⁣😉

Let's style Libby's wedding hair together! ✨️
Libby came to her preview appointment with 3-4 inspiration photos that included the front, back and sides. I thoroughly went over with her what parts of those photos she was loving and made sure to ask if there was anything she doesn't like or may have not liked with previous special occasions styles. In the folow after her appointment, we decided to add more looping curls to her bun to pay tribute to her naturally curly hair. I think together we absolutely nailed her vision!!

Libby and Adam ended up with the most beautiful Saturday in Duluth. The warm sun was shining bright and the breeze off the lake was so refreshing! Every detail of their day was so beautifully curated!
